ReachReach is a static ability.
A creature with flying can’t be blocked except by creatures with flying and/or reach. (See rule 509, “Declare Blockers Step,” and rule 702.9, “Flying.”)
Multiple instances of reach on the same creature are redundant. (CR 702.17)
IncrementIncrement is a triggered ability. “Increment” means “Whenever you cast a spell, if this permanent is a creature and the amount of mana spent to cast that spell is greater than this creature’s power or this creature’s toughness, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.”
If a creature has multiple instances of increment, each one triggers separately. (CR 702.191) (Whenever you castTo cast a spell is to take it from the zone it’s in (usually the hand), put it on the stack, and pay its costs, so that it will eventually resolve and have its effect. A player may cast a spell if they have priority. See rule 601, “Casting Spells.”
To cast a card is to cast it as a spell. (CR 701.5) a spell, if the amount of mana you spent is greater than this creature's power or toughness, put a +1/+1 counterTo counter a spell or ability is to cancel it: remove it from the stack without resolving it. A counter on an object or player is instead a marker that changes characteristics or interacts with rules or abilities; for example, a +1/+1 counter modifies a creature’s power and toughness.
